*Located 7 blocks from the sea, 5 from downtown Santa Clara and 2 from the civic square.
* Car entrance in front of the house
* Pets are allowed with responsible owners.
* We do not allow smoking inside the house, we have a smoking area

* Our house is a cute environment for 2 (two) people.
* You can park your car in front of the house, where there is also a deck to rest outdoors under a leafy tree, smoking area!
* Pets are allowed with responsible owners.

* The house has its own grill, and is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, LED TV with cable (not prepaid!), Electric kettle, coffee / tea maker, kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. etc.) steel and matt.

Any other appliance can request it (depending on availability)

In the comforts of the house does not include any object of personal use such as:
  -Bed sheets
- Towels
- Art of cleaning or personal hygiene
